Player Evaluation:

Bay Oaks provides comprehensive player evaluations throughout the season. Each evaluation covers a player's physical, psychological, technical, and tactical growth, while also identifying their key strengths and areas for improvement. These evaluations offer valuable feedback to both players and parents, supporting the player's continuous development.

Development Pathway & Exit Goals

At Bay Oaks, we follow a clear and structured player development pathway designed to support long-term growth and performance.



- U8–U10 | Learn to Play
Focus on building strong individual technical foundations. Players develop comfort on the ball, coordination, and confidence through repetition and guided play.

- U11–U14 | Play to Compete
Introduction to the tactical side of the game. Players begin to understand team concepts, decision-making, and how their role fits within a collective structure.

- U15–U19 | Compete to Win
Emphasis on performance, accountability, and responsibility. Players are expected to apply their technical and tactical abilities consistently in competitive environments.
