Player Evaluation:

Bay Oaks provides comprehensive player evaluations throughout the season. Each evaluation covers a player's physical, psychological, technical, and tactical growth, while also identifying their key strengths and areas for improvement. These evaluations offer valuable feedback to both players and parents, supporting the player's continuous development.

Development Pathway & Exit Goals

At Bay Oaks, we follow a clear and structured player development pathway designed to support long-term growth and performance.



- U8–U10 | Learn to Play
Focus on building strong individual technical foundations. Players develop comfort on the ball, coordination, and confidence through repetition and guided play.

- U11–U14 | Play to Compete
Introduction to the tactical side of the game. Players begin to understand team concepts, decision-making, and how their role fits within a collective structure.

- U15–U19 | Compete to Win
Emphasis on performance, accountability, and responsibility. Players are expected to apply their technical and tactical abilities consistently in competitive environments.

A key tool in tracking player development is the use of exit goals. These outline what players are expected to know and be able to execute by the end of each season. Exit goals provide clarity for coaches, players, and families, and ensure alignment across all age groups while maintaining high standards throughout the program.

All players are required to purchase the official Bay Oaks player kit, which includes:

Before You Order

Players must have an assigned jersey number before placing their uniform order. Once your number has been confirmed, visit SoccerPost Alameda to purchase your required kit and any optional items.



We encourage families to place orders as early as possible to ensure uniforms are ready before the start of the season.
