By using PlayMetrics, we are now dealing with a new system for registration and Fiincancial Aid request. This page is meant to support you in the process.
Bay Oaks Registration
Congratulations! You have been selected to join one of our teams! Please follow instructions. This is a pretty straight forward process.
To accept or decline your position.
- Log into the PlayMetrics app or visit the desktop version and navigate to your profile.
- On the top of your profile, Register or Decline.
- If you need Financial Aid. Fill the application on the top of the “Program” page. Then continue the process.
- Select the "Bay Oaks 2024-2025" program.
- Select the Program, should be preset for your own child. (7v7, 9v9, 11v11).
- Complete all required fields, including the U.S. Soccer form, and upload your picture to your profile.
- Select your payment plan.
- If you receive Financial Aid, input your discount code.
Financial Aid

Anchored by a profound commitment, EBU allocates about a quarter of its budget exclusively to empower individuals through financial aid initiatives.
In the year 2023, the program's impact was palpable, extending a helping hand through scholarships totaling a substantial $226,000. This financial support serves as a catalyst for aspiring talents, fostering an environment where dedication and skill flourish unimpeded by financial constraints.
Through this program, EBU strives to ensure that economic barriers never impede the progression of passionate soccer players within their realm. Beyond the monetary value, the program represents a testament to EBU's values of inclusivity and opportunity, embodying the belief that every aspiring player deserves a fair chance to pursue their dreams, regardless of financial circumstances.
