U8 Boys & Girls
The U8 Academy will be open to both Girls and Boys players that were born in 2017. The Academy will focus on getting the players technically ready for future competitive teams using a fun, focused and structured learning environment. These U8 Academy teams will be coached by our most gifted and experienced coaches, who will focus on individual and team training. Practices will be 2 days a week at a local field, games will be on Saturdays vs other local clubs.
U9/U10: 7v7 Format
Focus Areas: Footwork, footskills, tactical development.
Approach: Learning, improvement, and enjoyment. Commitment to the team with professional coaching.
Philosophy: Developing individual and team skills, understanding the game with and without the ball. Inclusion of small-sided games (2v1, 2v2, 3v2, 3v3) to enhance decision-making.
U11/U12: 9v9 Format
Focus Areas: Time management, advanced tactical development.
Approach: Learning, improvement, competition, and enjoyment. Team coached by professionals.
Philosophy: Building on previous skills, introducing more complex tactical concepts. Emphasis on time management within the game. The players.
U13-U14: 11v11 Format
Focus Areas: Time management, advanced tactical development, competition, fitness and conditioning.
Approach: Learning, improvement, competition, and enjoyment. Team coached by professionals.
Philosophy: Building on previous skills, introducing more complex tactical concepts. Emphasis on time management within the game. The players are expected to compete while continuing to enjoy the sport.
