We are asking families to make a $200 deposit payment for the 2020-21 Bay Oaks Competitive season. This can be broken up into monthly installment payments. If your family is unable to make the deposit payment at this time, please email us for assistance.
The deposit payment for the 2020/21 season is non-refundable. We are committed to delivering quality online and alternative programming for Bay Oaks players until we can return to the field. The deposit payments help, but will not entirely cover the cost to EBUSC of continuing to serve our families over the summer.
We will not set or collect the full season registration fee until we know when we can get back on the field. To get better sense of what the cost range would be under normal circumstances, please see the fee schedule from last year below
2019/20 Bay Oaks Registration Fee Schedule
- U9 - U11 Boys & Girls - $2095
- U12 - U19 Boys & Girls Gold, Blue & White Teams - $2095 - $2495
- U13-U14 Boys US Development Academy Program - $3600
2020/21 Season Fees may be pro-rated (lowered) if we are not able to return to "normal" programming by September. All deposit payments will count toward to the full season registration fee. We will also continue our commitment to having a strong financial aid program at East Bay United Soccer Club.
EBU REC SOCCER PROGRAM
TEAM REGISTRATION FEES - Registration Opens June 22
To set up a team, there is a $50 Team Registration Fee. Rec Team Registration fees will be fully refundable if we cannot play the Fall 2020 Season. We are working closely with Jack London Youth Soccer Sports League (JLYSSL) and the other local clubs to adapt programming as necessary. Our goal is to provide safe, quality, non-competitive soccer opportunities for local children, even if the traditional league play format is not an option. Before the season begins, each team will also be required to pay a refundable referee deposit, ranging from $150 - $400, depending on the age group of the team. This deposit will be returned to the team at the end of the season as long as the team meets its team referee requirements.
PLAYER REGISTRATION FEES - Registration Opens June 29th
We are asking families to make a $75 deposit payment for the 2020-21 EBU Rec Soccer Season. If your child played on an EBU Rec Team or an EBU Juniors U6/U8 Team during Fall 2019, you currently have a $75 credit remaining on your account due to the canceled spring season. You will be provided with a discount code by email on Monday June 29th which you can use to register your child for the 2020-21 EBU Rec Season without being charged.
If you do not have this credit on your account and your family is unable to make the $75 deposit payment at this time, please email us for assistance.
The EBU Rec Player Deposit payment for the 2020/21 season will only be refunded if requested before August 1st, or in the event that we cannot offer a normal Fall Rec Season.
If we can get back to the field for a normal Rec Season this fall, the full registration fee for the season will be $300. That fee will also cover your child's participation in the spring 2021 rec season. If we need to significantly alter the Fall Rec season we may adjust the registration fee for the season and/or year. If we cannot offer a Fall Season, we will be prepared to refund any player registration deposits that families have paid.
Discount codes are always case sensitive, and must be entered exactly as they were provided to you.
Teamsnap asks for the discount code at the beginning of the registration process; but when you proceed to the next screen, it will still look like you are being charged the full amount. Families often stop at that point, understandably confused. Please continue through the process—as long as you've entered the discount code correctly, the discount will be applied on the very last page of the registration before you are actually charged. If for any reason you are charged incorrectly, please contact us by email here.
Please do not use any discount code that was not directly pprovided to you by an EBUSC Employee (Registrar, your cchild's coach, Director of Coaching, a Coach, Executive Director, Financial Aid Committee, etc). Using or sharing a discount code without authorization is essentially taking important funding away from our community non-profit organization. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
